Refund Policy
Last updated: July 5, 2026
This Refund Policy applies to purchases made directly through backendside.com. It does not apply to purchases made through the Microsoft Store or Google Play — those purchases are covered by that platform's own refund process, and refund requests for them should be made directly to Microsoft or Google.
1. How Purchases Are Processed
Purchases made directly on backendside.com are sold and processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our authorized reseller and merchant of record. Paddle handles the payment transaction and is responsible for issuing any approved refund back to your original payment method.
2. Requesting a Refund
If you'd like to request a refund for a direct purchase, contact us at [email protected] with your order reference or the email address used at checkout, and briefly describe the reason for your request. You're also welcome to contact Paddle support directly.
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We consider things like technical issues that prevented the software from working as described, accidental or duplicate purchases, and how much time has passed since purchase. We aim to respond to every request within a few business days.
3. Approved Refunds
If a refund is approved, it is issued by Paddle to your original payment method. Once a refund is processed, your license to use the associated software is revoked.
4. Your Legal Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection law in your country or region (for example, statutory cooling-off periods for digital purchases in the EU/UK), where applicable.
