Client / Server Architecture: The server component runs on Windows or Linux and serves the full application UI and REST API. Administrators access the web interface from any browser on the network — phones, tablets, or PCs — with no client installation required.

RPM Installation (RHEL / AlmaLinux / Rocky Linux)

sudo dnf install ./backendsidemon-1.1.0-1.el9.x86_64.rpm

After installation the service starts and the installer prints the address to open (http://<your-server-ip>:8080), the admin user and a password generated for your server, and where the configuration file is (/opt/backendsidemon/config.json). Show it again any time with sudo /opt/backendsidemon/backendsidemon-info. Upgrading the package keeps your settings and password.

DEB Installation (Ubuntu / Debian)
