The first public release — a complete PDF toolkit that runs entirely on your own machine. View, organise, compress, edit, annotate, secure, redact, fill forms, sign and OCR, with a batch engine and a generous free tier, all offline and with no subscription.

Free tier

  • Viewer — a tabbed reader with a thumbnail navigator, search-in-document with on-page highlighting, a bookmarks/outline panel, page navigation, zoom, and a dark reading mode that follows your Windows theme.
  • Organise pages — reorder, rotate, delete and duplicate pages; merge multiple PDFs; insert pages from another file; extract pages to a new PDF; crop and resize page boxes; set page labels; and convert images ↔ PDF.
  • Compress & optimise — Low / Medium / High presets with a live size preview, image downsampling and quality control, metadata/duplicate-object stripping, and a before/after savings report — with no watermark and no file-size limit.

Pro toolkit

  • Edit & annotate — add text boxes, images and shapes (rectangle, ellipse, line, arrow); highlight, underline, strike-through, freehand ink and sticky notes; add headers/footers, page numbering and Bates numbering; set a page background; and flatten annotations into the page.
  • Watermarks & stamps — text or image watermarks and stamps (“DRAFT”, “CONFIDENTIAL”, or your own) across a page or the whole document.
  • Security & true redaction — password protect / remove passwords, set permissions (print/copy/edit), AES-256 encryption, and true redaction that permanently removes the underlying text and images, plus Sanitise to strip hidden metadata.
  • Forms — build fields (text, checkbox, radio, dropdown, list, button, signature), fill existing forms, reset, flatten a filled form, and import/export field data (XFDF).
  • Local signing — sign right on your machine by typing, drawing, or dropping in an image of your signature, then place and size it on the page.
  • OCR — make a scanned PDF searchable and selectable so you can find and copy its text.
  • Batch engine — apply the same operation (compress, watermark, page numbers, convert to images, merge) across many files, with a queue, progress and a per-file result log.
  • Bookmarks, attachments & metadata — add and jump to bookmarks, attach and extract files, and edit document metadata and properties.

Foundations

  • 100% offline — no account, no cloud upload, no telemetry; files never leave your device.
  • Background job queue — every long operation runs off the UI with progress and cancel, so the app stays responsive on large files.
  • Non-destructive by default — originals aren’t silently overwritten unless you ask.
  • One-time Pro unlock via the Microsoft Store — no subscription; it re-unlocks on your other Windows devices signed in to the same store account.
